Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery to South Africa

Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days — R100
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days — R150
Free Standard Shipping on orders over R770

International Delivery

International orders are delivered within 15–25 business days — R310 flat rate. Please note that international customers may be subject to local import duties and customs fees charged by their government. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high-demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
