Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only.
Delivery Timeframes

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's website.
Delays & Exceptions Xeybay is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, load shedding disruptions to logistics). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Lost or Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately at xeybay@yahoo.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
